Vendor Information
I. The Mablean Ephriam Foundation is now accepting bids for an event photographer and videographer.
• Must be able to capture special moments for a crowd of 1000 or more
• Must perform high quality, superb work
• Must be professional
• Must be available June 14, 2008 for walk-through
• If selected, must be setup no later than 11:00 AM June 14, 2008 and available until 6 PM
• o Note: there will be a general reception and, "Private" VIP pre/post reception
o You will have an opportunity to set-up a large booth to take family photos; charge for photos must be approved by committee

• Must present to committee the type of photos or video you will be capturing and how you perceive working that day
• Please contact the office with your name, company name and day/evening phone number by Friday, June 1, 2008.
II. In addition, we are accepting registration for vendors to sell product during the 2008 Honoring Unsung Fathers (H.U.F.) Awards Brunch & Concert. Space is limited. Registration Fee required
• Only a select few will be invited to present and sell your product
• 50% of your product MUST be male-gender oriented
• Product Must be of good quality for our guests to purchase as a gift

• Must submit information by Friday, June 6, 2008
